        1. Overview of Equipment
    According to PSA pressure swing adsorption principle, oxygen can be separated from air by using the unique performance of zeolite molecular sieve. It is characterized by simple process, compact structure, small occupied area, simple operation, on-demand, low cost of oxygen production, safety and reliability, less power consumption, and oxygen purity reaching the oxygen standard of medical molecular sieve. It is an air separation equipment which uses air as raw material to produce oxygen.

    3. Working Principle and Procedure

    Working Principle: The principle of separating air by fluorite molecular sieves depends on the different diffusion rates of oxygen and nitrogen molecules in air, or different adsorption forces or two effects at the same time. Under the condition of adsorption equilibrium, the adsorption capacity of fluorite molecular sieves for oxygen and nitrogen is close. However, under the condition of adsorption kinetics, the diffusion rate of oxygen molecule into the micropore of zeolite is much slower than that of nitrogen molecule. Therefore, nitrogen molecules are adsorbed in the solid phase of fluorite molecular sieves and oxygen molecules are enriched in the gas phase by proper control in the time away from equilibrium conditions. At the same time, the adsorption capacity of fluorite molecular sieves for nitrogen molecules increases with the increase of partial pressure and decreases with the decrease of partial pressure. In this way, fluorite molecular sieves adsorb nitrogen molecule at pressure to enrich oxygen molecule, and decompose nitrogen molecule at decompression to drain into air, so that repeated operation can achieve the purpose of separating air. PSA is short for oxygen production.

    Oxygen production equipment consists of air compressor, filter, air buffer tank, drying equipment, molecular sieve adsorption and separation device, buffer tank, supercharger, oxygen storage tank and control system.
